Good service is a conversation, not just a shipment of supplies. For many of our patients, the most important component of good service is communication, and good communication is critical in developing relationships. We don’t just send you an email telling you your shipment is on its way - we will actually call you to get your input before we ship your supplies.
We know that each patient is unique, with needs that may change over time. That’s why we contact every patient family, every month. Our patient families take comfort because they regularly hear from us, and have opportunity to give us their feedback and input.

URS Medical backs organizations and agencies that stand up for our patients and industry. We help financially support programs that provide education, awareness, and resources to families of special needs individuals, donate materials and supplies to agencies that assist families in need, and we maintain a loan closet of supplies for families without insurance coverage and to aid in times of special circumstances like natural disasters.

We respect today’s resources with an eye toward tomorrow’s needs.
Many of our patients have chronic or congenital conditions of a permanent nature and will require medical supplies for the reminder of their lives. So that they will be available for your future needs, we must be responsible with the medical and financial resources you have today.
We don’t blindly ship our patient’s full allotment of supplies without checking with them to confirm their need. This is another reason we contact our patients each month - to make sure they in fact still need the quantity and type of supplies that have been prescribed for them. If they don’t, we don’t ship or bill for them, saving resources for the medical needs of tomorrow.
As stewards, we realize that what we do today affects what we will be able to do tomorrow.
